37 ft Pilot Cutter | Current Project
The Kahuna Nui 37 is a beautifully conceived offshore cruising yacht that blends traditional character with practical, modern performance.
Designed by Mark Smaalders, she is built for serious bluewater sailing and long-term liveaboard use, offering a sense of self-reliance and simplicity that harks back to a more timeless style of voyaging.
With her full keel, balanced hull lines and cutter rig, she delivers steady, dependable performance, while her thoughtful layout and generous volume make her equally suited to extended journeys or life afloat. Built using modern strip-planked construction but retaining a classic aesthetic, the Kahuna Nui 37 is less just a boat—and more a capable companion for those drawn to the horizon.

12 ft Wooden Runabout
Built and launched in May 2021, this beautifully hand-crafted Selway Fisher Design runabout is designed with quality craftsmanship and style in mind.
Constructed over a period of 18 months in Sydney, Amanzi was designed specifically for inshore boating, or canal living and reflects the opulence and grandeur of cruising Lake Como right here in Australia.
The name “Amanzi” means water in Zulu and reflects the nostalgia of the current owner who grew up around Lake Kariba in Southern Africa.
